End-User License Agreement

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App to develop a competing product

3. Subscription Services

• Access to TORQ Pro features requires an active paid subscription or valid trial
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your App Store, Google Play, or Stripe account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage subscriptions through your device's account settings or through the App

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by TORQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand elements.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TORQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
